Master Shi Decheng returns to Finland starting from the 9th of June till the 15th of June.

Between June 9.-11.6. (tue-thu) Shi Decheng teaches Wu Xing Ba Fa Quan / Five animals -form, on Friday Lian Huan Quan -form and during the weekend the taiji-like Shaolin Rouquan -form. Qi Gong is also practiced every day at the beginning of the training. Qi Gong is a meditative practice that incorporates breathing techniques and movement.
